Position Details

Marketing Manager
Central and Northeast Florida
Deland, FL


Responsible for executing the strategy and managing marketing activity across the Kingspan Insulated Panels product lines.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop marketing plans for North America, including customer acquisition strategies, communication strategies, and lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize modern methods of communication targeting customers in the construction cycle, from investment stage to sales transaction, leading to customer retention and loyalty.
  • Promote products and solutions through PR, advertising and direct marketing both on and off line.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Design and deliver marketing collateral for the sales teams and the marketplace. Examples include brochures, presentations, case studies and technical guides.
  • Commission photography for project worthy case studies and work with the international marketing team on delivering global photography led campaigns.
  • Co-ordinate suitable events such as tradeshows, roadshows, lunch and learns, webinars; including coordinating production of displays and booths.
  • Manage customer events and promote the company in the best possible way.
  • Manage the team of sample technicians to ensure high quality, on-time sample and brochure delivery.
  • Continuous day-to-day sales/technical team support to improve the stakeholders experience.
  • Use CRM to manage leads and improve engagement.
  • Management of agency and partners on a day-to-day basis.
  • Collaborate with management to develop, plan and manage the Marketing budget, including resource allocation decisions.
  • Measure the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing investment as it relates to sales enquiries and sales performance.
  • Conduct data analytics to measure effectiveness and evaluate opportunities to optimize activities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related discipline
  • 5+ years relevant marketing program execution experience
  • Understanding of construction industry an asset
  • Experience in working with advertising, creative and/or media agencies
  • Proven leadership abilities with a demonstrated potential to manage people

Computer Skills:

  • Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Experience updating websites using CMS tools
  • Experience using CRM software for marketing purposes
