Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist, coordinate and execute marketing projects for the Shaw Commercial Division. Our Coordinators are also responsible for providing support to commercial brands in communicating current, accurate and complete information to the customer base within an aggressive timeframe, and appropriately representing the individual commercial brands.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide assistance with custom and standard requests for Strategic Account VPs and gather the information needed to complete these. 
  • Coordinate with other departments, including Technical Services, Customer Service, R&D, and Marketing Services. 
  • Research and provide competitive analysis to the team. 
  • Maintain marketing services library of presentations, documents, and other information for our Strategic Account Group. 
  • Assist Marketing Managers and Marketing Specialists with short-term and long-term, ongoing marketing projects.

Position Requirements:

  • 4-year degree, preference to marketing or communications 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
