The Manager – BD Marketing and Communications will be primarily responsible for project management and coordination, specifically conference planning, marketing, communications as it relates to the Broker Dealer business.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Works independently and supports the development of marketing programs, initiatives, promotions, or research projects. Works closely with product development and/or businesses in developing new products and/or in implementing new market approaches.
  • Conference Planning: Responsible for assisting with all conference meetings (small/large) - Coordinating logistics and providing timely updates to more senior leadership.
  • Support team with innovative creation and design of registration website, signage, videos.
  • Broker Dealer Emails: Create and design emails containing key information, ability to strategically target communications for both large and/or small audiences.
  • Third Party Marketing material design.
  • Marketing Materials: Create content and review materials for distribution.
  • Resource Center: Submission and Monitoring for timeliness and ensuring updated content.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. 
  • Bachelor's Degree required. 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Strong project management skills, preferred. 
  • Knowledge and familiarity of investment product offerings. 
  • Experience with event planning (including virtual events). 
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts. 
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
