Digital Marketing Manager

General Summary:

Serve as key leadership on team responsible for the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation efforts designed to elevate CCL’s elite global brand, drive transactional sales and fill sales pipeline with qualified leads. Use demonstrated digital marketing acumen to successfully project manage campaigns in coordination with regional offices in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Russia and other global locations. Coordinate with CCL’s world-class research teams and global strategy/analytics partners to provide timely reporting and actionable marketing intelligence used to optimize campaigns, gauge ROI, monitor agency partners, and inform future strategy. Ensure all projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget and brand.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategy and development of content-driven, digital lead generation campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with internal content and social media teams, contractors and agency partners to model attribution, execute strategy and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns including SEM, automation, retargeting, etc. 
  • Oversee sales enablement staff and help guide digital transformation for all appropriate assets. 
  • Coordinate with external and internal partners to track and report campaign ROI and inform future strategy. 
  • Continually communicate, monitor and ensure that all brand standards are adhered to across the organization and by external partners. 
  • Provide marketing communications counsel to internal partners. 
  • Daily trafficking of production details, schedules, metrics and budgets. 
  • Other duties as required.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  1. Minimum of five years digital marketing project management experience in an agency or corporate setting. 
  2. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions to drive strategy and benchmark results. 
  3. Proven ability to oversee digital strategy and execution with agency partners, contractors and internal resources, including creative services, production schedules and budgets. 
  4. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or other applicable degree. 
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate/negotiate with internal and external clients. 
  7. Sound judgment and ability to act decisively.
