Ultimate Software is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist that will serve as a valued resource to our customers—delivering important information about Ultimate’s products and services and other relevant subject areas of interest in helpful, easy-to-digest ways. The Customer Communications Specialist is tasked with the ownership of multiple communications projects and is responsible for writing, editing, proofreading, and coordinating content for customer delivery. This role requires working closely with team members and designated representatives from across Ultimate, as well as strong project management skills.
The Customer Communications Specialist is a very demanding position; so, those who apply should be adept at consistently meeting tight deadlines and providing quick turnaround when delivering content. In addition to strong writing and editing skills, the ideal candidate should also have the ability to handle shifting priorities while staying organized and expertly manage multiple projects at once.
